Thinking about building a custom home?
From what it costs to build and how long it takes to when you should bring a builder into the process, we believe you should understand what to expect before you begin.
Before You Buy
Found a lot or teardown? Talk to us before you buy it.
The property you choose can have a major impact on what you can build and what it will cost. We help evaluate setbacks, zoning, trees, soils, groundwater, drainage and more - so you can make informed decisions before you invest.
Kind Words
Alex Lang maintains open lines of communication and works hard to answer project questions. He also is an exceedingly nice human being.
